These Terms of Service govern your use of the ROSAVIENA website and your purchases from ROSAVIENA. By accessing the site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced here.

2. Store information

ROSAVIENA is operated from France. Customer Care can be reached at contact@rosaviena.com, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET.

3. Products and availability

We aim to describe and photograph our jewelry as accurately as possible. Color, scale, finish, and appearance can vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing tolerances. Products and variants are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued without notice.

4. Complimentary pieces and shipping & handling

Some ROSAVIENA pieces may be offered at a product price of $0 as part of a complimentary promotion. When that applies, the product itself is complimentary and you pay the shipping and handling amount disclosed before payment. A complimentary offer does not create a subscription or recurring charge unless a separate subscription is clearly presented and accepted by you.

5. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices and applicable shipping, handling, taxes, duties, or other charges are displayed before payment where required. We may cancel or refuse an order where payment authorization fails, fraud is suspected, stock is unavailable, or an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

6. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment. If we cancel an order after payment, any amount charged for the cancelled portion will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, peak periods, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and defective-item claims are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and by any mandatory rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

9. Intellectual property

The ROSAVIENA name, branding, site design, text, graphics, photographs, and other site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

10. Prohibited use

You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or security-compromising activity, or interfere with the operation of the website or another customer's use of it.

11. Third-party services

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, fulfillment, analytics, advertising, and customer-support services.

12. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the store at the time of your transaction will apply to that transaction to the extent required by law.
