3. Complimentary promotions

Where a product is marked complimentary or displayed at a product price of $0, the jewelry price is $0 and the customer pays the shipping and handling charge shown before payment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this is not a subscription and does not authorize recurring charges.

4. Order formation

Your order is submitted when you complete checkout. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment for legitimate reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, or an obvious technical error.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment details are processed through secure payment providers.

6. Shipping

Shipping and handling charges are disclosed before payment. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

7. Taxes and import charges
